Keeping Families Informed
A classical school year has a rhythm. Terms begin and end. Enrollment windows open and close. Progress reports are released. Families need to know what is happening and when. This page holds our official school announcements as they are published.

The Year Ahead
An orderly school year has milestones. These are the moments families can expect. Exact dates will be posted as they are confirmed.
Closing Year One
Our inaugural class is finishing the fourth quarter. Final exams, end-of-year reflections, and the close of the Virtualis 2025–2026 academic year. The first year is nearly behind us.
Year Two Enrollment Opens
Re-enrollment for returning families and new-family enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year. Windows and deadlines will be posted here and sent by newsletter to everyone on our list.
Curriculum Preview & Orientation
New families receive curriculum materials, orientation guidance, and the class schedule for year two. Returning families confirm course selections and any program adjustments.
First Day of Year Two
Live instruction for the 2026–2027 school year begins. Families will receive first-day logistics, login instructions, and the full academic calendar in the weeks leading up to the start.
Quarter Reports & Family Updates
Progress reports are released at the end of each quarter. Community-wide updates are sent as needed — never more than necessary.
Semester Close & Year Three Re-enrollment
Year-two semester reports, end-of-year reflections, and early re-enrollment for the 2027–2028 school year. Returning families receive priority registration.

Virtualis uses a small number of channels — deliberately. We do not flood families with notifications. When something matters, it reaches you through one of these:
